Do I need to bring anything to class?-Towel for sweat -Water for hydration -Flat heel athletic shoes -Breathable clothing -A good attitude
What type of equipment do you use?We utilize your own bodyweight, paired up with TRX, Sandbags, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands and MedBalls to help you achieve total body fitness!
